1. The following passengers are allowed to enter:
- passengers with a permission to travel issued by the Chief Immigration Officer. The permission is obtained by sending an email to [email protected] at most 21 days before departure.
2. Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP) or Sinovac. Other vaccines are also accepted if combined with one dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty).
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 5 years.
3. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 48 hours before departure from New-Zealand.
4. Passengers are subject to quarantine at a designated facility.
5. Passengers must have travel insurance to cover COVID-19 related evacuation expenses.
- This does not apply to residents of Niue.
