Israel Travel requirements, advice , Coronavirus status and Visa Policy

1. Passengers are not allowed to transit through Israel.
2. Passengers must complete an "Entry Statement" at most 48 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Israel at https://corona.health.gov.il/en/flights/ . They will receive an electronic approval from the Ministry of Health. They will receive an electronic approval from the Ministry of Health and a Green Pass which must be presented before boarding.
3. Until 20 May 2022, passengers and airline crew who have been outside Israel for more than 72 hours must have:
- a negative COVID-19 CRISPR, HAD, LAMP, NAAT, NEAR, PCR, RT-PCR, SDA or TMA test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or
- a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
The test certificates must be in English and indicate the passenger’s passport number.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals and residents of Israel;
- passengers and airline crew with a positive COVID-19 CRISPR, HAD, LAMP, NAAT, NEAR, PCR, rapid antigen, RT-PCR, SDA or TMA test taken at least 8 days and at most 90 days before departure from the first embarkation point;
- passengers and airline crew with a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued in Israel at most 90 days before departure from the first embarkation point;
- airline crew who stay in Israel for less than 72 hours;
- passengers with A1-A5 or B1, B3 and B4 visa;
-Â passengers who have started their journey in Ukraine.
4. Until 20 May 2022, passengers are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival at their own expense and self-isolation until the test result is ready.
5. Passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with Sputnik V or Sputnik Light are subject to a COVID-19 serological test upon arrival.
6. Passengers must have health insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals of Israel;
- residents of Israel with an A1-A5 or B1 visa;
- until 20 May 2022, passengers who have started their journey in Ukraine.
7. Until 20 May 2022, airline crew are subject to a COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test upon arrival.
- This does not apply to airline crew with any type of negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 7 days before arrival.
8. Until 20 May 2022, passengers and airline crew could be subject to self-isolation for up to 24 hours. Details can be found at https://tinyurl.com/h8hxy4w7 and https://tinyurl.com/4tbzd4rx
- This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at most 60 days before arrival.
