1. Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 15 days (day of vaccination + 14 days) before arrival. Passenger details (e.g., name and date of birth) in the certificate must match those stated in the passport/travel document.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers arriving from the USA
- nationals and residents of the USA;
- passengers younger than 18 years;
- nationals of Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Armenia, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Rep., Chad, Congo, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Cote d\'Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Iraq, Kenya, Kiribati, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Solomon Isl., Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Vanuatu, Yemen and Zambia with a visa issued by the USA, excluding B -1 and B -2 visas;
- merchant seamen with a C-1/D visa;
- members of the U.S. Armed Forces with travel orders, and their spouses and children younger than 18 years.
2. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 1 day before departure from the first embarkation point. Tests accepted are: antigen, NAAT, RT-LAMP, RT-PCR or TMA. Passengers details (e.g., name and date of birth) on the result must match those stated in the passport or other travel document. The test result must specify "negative" or "not detected". If marked "invalid" it is not accepted.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers arriving from the USA;
- passengers younger than 2 years;
- passengers with a positive COVID-19 test result issued at most 90 days before departure from the first embarkation point; and a letter issued by a health authority stating that the passenger has been cleared for travel. The test result must specify "positive" or "detected", if marked "invalid" it is not accepted;
- members of the U.S. Armed Forces with travel orders, and their spouses and children younger than 18 years.
