Singapore Travel requirements, advice , Coronavirus status and Visa Policy

1. Passengers must have:
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), Covaxin, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and Sinovac; or
- a vaccination status on the HealthHub app or TraceTogether app; or
- an acceptance letter issued by the Safe Travel Office (STO), confirming that the traveller\'s vaccination certificate has been verified using the Vaccination Check Portal; or
- an SGAC acknowledgement email confirming that the traveller’s vaccination certificate has been verified.

- This does not apply to:
- unvaccinated or partially vaccinated nationals and permanent residents of Singapore;
- passengers younger than 18 years with a Long-Term Pass or the respective In-Principle Approval (IPA);
- passengers younger than 13 years;
- passengers with a vaccination exemption letter;
- passengers with an Approval Letter for Entry (ALE) from the Safe Travel Office (STO), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) or Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI);
- passengers with a Business Travel Pass (BTP);
- residents of Brunei Darussalam with a valid SafeTravel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore under the Singapore-Brunei Reciprocal Green Lane, a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 3 days before departure from the first embarkation point, and a return/onward ticket. They must have stayed in Brunei Darussalam in the last 14 days before departure;
- residents of China (People\'s Rep.) with a valid Safe Travel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore under the Singapore-China Reciprocal Green Lane, a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 3 days before departure from the first embarkation point, and a return/onward ticket. They must have stayed in Chongqing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Tianjin, or Zhejiang in the last 7 days before departure;
- returning passengers with a Work Pass, Student\'s Pass, Dependant\'s Pass, or Long-Term Visit Pass who have an Entry Travel Pass issued by the Brunei authorities under the Singapore-Brunei Reciprocal Green Lane or an invitation letter issued by the Chinese authorities under the Singapore-China Fast Lane.
2. Passengers without one of the vaccination documents mentioned in the item 1 above, must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 2 days before the day of departure from the first embarkation point. Tests accepted are: LAMP, NAAT, NA-PCR, PCR, rapid antigen, rapid PCR and RT-PCR. Self-administered rapid antigen tests remotely supervised by a provider in Singapore are also accepted. If passengers have transited for more than 24 hours before arriving in Singapore, the negative test must be taken at most 2 days before the day of departure of the last direct flight to Singapore.
The test certificate must:
- be in English; and
- include the date the test was taken; and
- include a minimum of 2 personal identifiers as stated in the passport (i.e. name and either date of birth or passport number).

- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 13 years;

- passengers with a letter of exemption issued by a Singapore Government Agency;
- residents of Brunei Darussalam with a valid SafeTravel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore under the Singapore-Brunei Reciprocal Green Lane, a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 3 days before departure from the first embarkation point, and a return/onward ticket. They must have stayed in Brunei Darussalam in the last 14 days before departure;
- residents of China (People\'s Rep.) with a valid Safe Travel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore under the Singapore-China Reciprocal Green Lane, a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 3 days before departure from the first embarkation point, and a return/onward ticket. 3. Passengers transiting through Singapore must have their baggage checked through to their destination.
4. Passengers must comply with the prevailing Singapore government requirements upon entry into Singapore. Passengers could be subject to quarantine or Stay Home Notice (SHN). Please refer to https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/arriving/general-travel/non-fully-vaccinated
5. Passengers must submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) before arrival via https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard or via the mobile application.
