1. Passengers and airline crew arriving from Australia (states of Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales or Victoria) are not allowed to enter.
2. Passengers must have been the past 14 days in Australia (excluding the states of Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales or Victoria), Chinese Taipei, Cook Isl., Kiribati, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Palau, Samoa, Solomon Isl., Tonga, Tuvalu or Vanuatu.
3 Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 3 days before departure from the first embarkation point. The test must be based on nasopharyngeal and/or oropharyngeal swab. The test result must be in English or accompanied by a certified translation in English.
4. Passengers are subject to medical screening and quarantine for a minimum of 5 days.
