1. Passengers without one of the following documents are subject to quarantine for up to 10 days:
- a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. The test certificate must be in English or accompanied by a certified English translation; or
- a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 24 hours before arrival. The test certificate must be in English or accompanied by a certified English translation; or
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 14 days and at most 180 days before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days and at most 270 days before arrival. The certificate must be issued in Albania, Andorra, Angola, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bermuda, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China (People\'s Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Cote d\'Ivoire, Egypt, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Faroe Islands, Ghana, Georgia, Gibraltar, Hong Kong (SAR China), Iceland, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jersey and Guernsey, Jordan, Kenya, Korea (Rep.), Kosovo (Rep.), Kurdistan (Iraq), Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, Uruguay, USA, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vatican City (Holy See), Vietnam or Yemen.
Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covovax, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax) and Pfizer-BioNTech; and Covaxin, Covishield, Sinopharm and Sinovac are accepted when AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech were the booster dose; or
- a EU Digital Covid Certificate (EU DCC).
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 6 years.
2. Merchant seamen must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. The test certificate must be in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.
