1. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival.
2. Passengers without a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated are subject to:
- COVID-19 vaccination upon arrival; or
- quarantine for 10 days at their own expense.
