Passengers must have:
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that:
- they were fully vaccinated at most 9 months before arrival; or
- they were fully vaccinated and received a booster dose.
Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Fiocruz, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) or R-Covi.
The certificate must be issued in Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Benin, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Cape Verde, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, El Salvador, Estonia, Faroe Isl., Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea (Rep.), Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Moldova (Rep.), Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia (Rep.), Norway, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey, USA, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uruguay or Vatican City (Holy See); or
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate. The passenger must have tested positive at least 11 days and most 180 days before arrival and the certificate must have been issued by Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Benin, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova (Rep.), Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia (Rep.), Norway, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom or Uruguay.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals and residents of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland (Rep.), Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See);
- residents of Bahrain, Chile, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Hong Kong (SAR China), Indonesia, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Macao (SAR China), New Zealand, Peru, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Uruguay;
- passengers younger than 12 years and 2 months.
