1. Passengers must have an approval issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a permit issued by the Aviation Authority.
2. Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated.
3. Passengers must have a COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test certificates must be sent to [email protected] and [email protected] before departure.
4. Passengers could be subject to quarantine for 3 or 7 days.
