1. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. The test certificate must be issued in English, Kazakh or Russian.
This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 5 years;
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at most 6 months before arrival;
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated and received a booster dose at most 6 months before arrival.
The vaccination certificate must be issued in Argentina, Armenia, Belarus, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Czech, Ecuador, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Moldova (Rep.), Mongolia, Montenegro, Peru, Philippines, San Marino, Serbia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom or Uzbekistan.
2. Passengers are subject to medical screening.
