1. Passengers must have:
- a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or
- a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that:
- they were fully vaccinated at least 7 days and at most 9 months before arrival. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Fiocruz, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) or R-Covi; or
- they were vaccinated at least 28 days and at most 9 months before arrival. Vaccine accepted is Janssen; or
- they were fully vaccinated and received a booster dose; or
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 11 days and at most 6 months before departure from the first embarkation point if arriving from France.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years.
- passengers transiting through the USA.
2. Passengers transiting through the USA must have a negative COVID-19 PCR, rapid antigen or RT-PCR test taken at most 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.

3. Passengers arriving from a country other than Albania, Andorra, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Benin, Bhutan, Bolivia, Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Cape Verde, Chad, Chile, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Comoros, Congo, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Costa Rica, Cote d\'Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Curacao, Cyprus, Denmark, Djibouti, Dominican Rep., Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Estonia, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Fiji, Finland, France, Gabon, Gambia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Grenada, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Honduras, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kiribati, Korea (Rep.), Kosovo (Rep.), Kuwait, Lao People\'s Dem. Passengers arriving from a country other than Albania, Andorra, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Benin, Bhutan, Bolivia, Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Cape Verde, Chad, Chile, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Comoros, Congo, Congo (Dem. (USA), Zambia or Zimbabwe must present a completed Travel Certificate before boarding and to immigration upon arrival obtained at https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/covid-19-international-travel .
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers younger than 18 years traveling with a fully vaccinated adult.
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that:
- they were fully vaccinated at least 7 days and at most 9 months before arrival. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Fiocruz, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) or R-Covi; or
- they were vaccinated at least 28 days and at most 9 months before arrival. Vaccine accepted is Janssen; or
- they were fully vaccinated and received a booster dose.
5. Passengers must complete the \'health declaration and attestation\' form found at https://www.cdc.gov/quarantine/pdf/combined-passenger-attestation-p.pdf .
6. Airline crew must have:
- a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 2 days before departure from the first embarkation point; or
- a negative COVID-19 antigen test result issued on the same day of departure from the first embarkation point and a certificate of completion of the RT-PCR test.
- This does not apply to local airline crew who have been out of French Polynesia less than 7 days.Â
