1. Passengers must have:
- a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or
- a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that:
- they were fully vaccinated at least 7 days and at most 9 months before arrival. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Fiocruz, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) or R-Covi; or
- they were vaccinated at least 28 days and at most 9 months before arrival. Vaccine accepted is Janssen; or
- they were fully vaccinated and received a booster dose; or
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at least 11 days and at most 6 months before departure from the first embarkation point if arriving from France.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years.
- passengers transiting through the USA.
2. Passengers transiting through the USA must have a negative COVID-19 PCR, rapid antigen or RT-PCR test taken at most 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.

- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers younger than 18 years traveling with a fully vaccinated adult.
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that:
- they were fully vaccinated at least 7 days and at most 9 months before arrival. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covishield, Fiocruz, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) or R-Covi; or
- they were vaccinated at least 28 days and at most 9 months before arrival. Vaccine accepted is Janssen; or
- they were fully vaccinated and received a booster dose.
5. Passengers must complete the \'health declaration and attestation\' form found at https://www.cdc.gov/quarantine/pdf/combined-passenger-attestation-p.pdf .
6. Airline crew must have:
- a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 2 days before departure from the first embarkation point; or
- a negative COVID-19 antigen test result issued on the same day of departure from the first embarkation point and a certificate of completion of the RT-PCR test.
- This does not apply to local airline crew who have been out of French Polynesia less than 7 days.Â
