1. Passengers entering and transiting through Fiji must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinovac, Sinopharm (BIBP) and Sputnik V.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 16 years traveling with a fully vaccinated parent or guardian.
2. Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 rapid antigen test within 72 hours after arrival. Passengers must pre-book the test at https://entrytestfiji.com/ .
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers with a positive COVID-19 test taken at most 30 days before departure from the first embarkation point. They must have:
- a proof of isolation period served in an institution; or
- a letter issued by a health authority stating that the passenger has been cleared for travel.
3. Passengers must have health insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses.
- This does not apply to nationals and residents of Fiji.
4. Airline crew of foreign airlines are subject to quarantine until their next flight at a hotel booked at https://www.fiji.travel/covid-19/safer-than-ever or at a Fiji Managed Quarantine Facility.
