1. The following passengers are allowed to enter.
- nationals of Bhutan;
- passengers with an approval from National COVID-19 task force, Department of Immigration and Ministry of Labour and Human Resources.
2. Passengers are subject to quarantine for 10 days.
- This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated. They are subject to quarantine for 5 days.
3. Passengers must have a quarantine facility confirmation letter from Quarantine Management Team, Ministry of Health.
- This does not apply to nationals of Bhutan.
4. Airline crew are subject to quarantine for 5 days.
5. Suspension of visa on arrival facilities.
